Kim led a team to develop a global learning & development strategy and implemented a “real-time” hand-held learning experience at 300+ locations. Ultimately the client had self-sustaining institutional competency framework which improved EHS compliance and allowed for more rapid scale.

A global, multi-national technology company was experiencing cost-control pressures and needed to optimize their EHS delivery and improve business continuity to all aspects of their business and supply chain. Kim conducted a culture and organizational design review with the executive team and designed a risk-based, prioritized approach to roles, responsibilities and resourcing plans. Upon implementation the client achieved a 20% reduction in overall cost.

A French chemical company was undergoing heavy US acquisitions. They needed a globally integrated and agile occupational health management system. Kim developed the framework process, bridging the US and EU compliance schemes in a harmonized approach to ensure control plan effectiveness and meet local regulation quickly.

The Oil & Gas industry needed to determine the impact of new proposed regulatory requirements. Kim led the engagement with all stake holders to design and execute a benchmarking study to collect historic safety and health data, perform risk analysis and present defensible anticipated impact to the industry association.
